One problem we usually have in the Technical Action Group (TAG) is how to find consensus on certain points. In order to solve this the following process is proposed:

This announcement follows this process. So please discuss this proposal as defined inside it until May 24th 12PM GMT.
The process tries to solve the following problems:
- discussion is only happening between 2-3 participants in the TAG usually. This is not enough to get a broad set of opinions. So we need to get more discussion happening.
- there is no way yet defined on how to finalize a proposal.
